Scratch & Dent items are products that have incurred some type of damage during transit. Most are in excellent condition with the exception of some cosmetic damage. These items are available for sale on our Web site as they come available.

Modine Heaters
All Scratch & Dent Modine heaters include a full 1 year warranty on all internal parts unless otherwise specified. Warranty states that parts found to be defective during this period will be replaced at no charge after the defective part has been returned to us. External cases and frames are not warranted, nor are parts that have preexisting, specified shipping damage as noted in the product description. Labor warranties are not provided and will not be honored, although you may be able to arrange for this with a local installer.

Product Returns
All Scratch & Dent sales are final. Scratch & Dent products cannot be returned.
